At present, Sagun is conducting participatory action research in two major thematic areas:

(i) Ayurveda and Naturopathy Promotion, and
 (ii) Quality Education Improvement.
 

Both initiatives are being implemented in Indrasarowar Rural Municipality, Makawanpur District.
